A NEW polling station for Westbrook is being considered after residents complained about having to go to Asda to vote in May’s election.
Burtonwood and Westbrook Parish Council heard how people were unhappy about privacy at the store and the volume of shoppers that walked past as they voted.
Options for a new polling station are being looked at by returning officer Diana Terris and they include Westbrook Library and St Philip’s CE Primary School.
The chosen venue will be confirmed in the near future.
