SUPER Girl Guide Sarah Hodgson (pictured above) has been honoured for all her hard work by scooping a top award.
Sarah, aged 14, of Whitworth Close, Oakwood, has received the highest badge any guide can gain - the Baden-Powell Trefoil Award.
Sarah said: "Before you can get the badge you have to gain four others called Trefoils.
"I had to do a number of things to gain the award; helping look after the Brownies and Rainbows and going on camp. It was good fun.
"It is very difficult to achieve but I am very pleased to get it finally."
Guide Leader Lisa Smith said: "We are absolutely delighted with Sarah. She has worked really hard and deserved to get this badge."
Sarah is now set to become a young leader working with the area's Brownies and Rainbows.
