A FRANTIC search for lollipop folk has left school crossing patrol bosses baffled.
Cheshire County Council Transport Officer, Julie Parker, is in charge of finding a warden to take over the crossing at Stanney Lunt Bridge, Grappenhall.
Julie said: "We've done all the usual things; given out leaflets to parents, placed adverts, alerted the job centre, spoken to everyone we can think of - and nothing!
"Now we are really concerned about this. Every day we are without a crossing patrol there is increased danger facing the children."
