THOUSANDS of people flocked to Nantwich over the Easter weekend to join in the fun at the town's Jazz and Blues Festival.
The three day event saw about 15,000 people visiting the pubs and Civic Hall for the various musical treats, with some venues having to send out for extra stocks.
And the festival was such a hit it looks set to become an annual event.
Organiser Phil Martin said: "It was a wonderful success, a great shot in the arm for Nantwich and will definitely become an annual thing.
"The only disappointment was that more shops and cafes didn't open, maybe they will rethink it for next year.
"I would like to thank all our sponsors including Sainsburys, Tropical Options Travel Agents and Nantwich Town Council."
