POLICE officers investigating a woman they believe may be trying to abduct Winsford and Middlewich toddlers say there could be two of them operating together.
And detectives are now warning parents in Northwich to be on their guard after a mother was approached in Rudheath by two women who asked the age of her daughter.
Last week the Guardian reported that a woman had been posing as a health visitor at homes in Winsford and Middlewich, asking parents if they had baby girls aged up to 18 months who could take part in a survey.
Police are still worried about the motives of the mystery women and are urging anyone who is approached to contact them on 01606 48000.
