POLICE investigating a three car pile-up discovered only one driver had been involved - and he was only aged 14.
Two of the cars had been parked and the third was owned by Donna Preston, aged 34, who would not reveal the identity of the driver, magistrates heard at Warrington on Wednesday.
Preston, of Cabul Close, admitted failing to give details of the driver and aiding a disqualified driver to use a vehicle without a test certificate and insurance.
She was conditionally bailed for two years.
Gary Heaven, defending, said Preston was suffering from severe depression.
