GUIDES are looking for cash help to enable them to promote themselves and produce training material.
Congleton Town Council is being asked to support Congleton Division Guides by buying the group a £250 laminating machine.
Assistant division commissioner Dorothy Dentith said the machine would help the Guides to create publicity material.
It would also enable the group to produce training equipment for the Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, senior section and Guiders in their weekly meetings, she said.
The division has 500 girls registered on its books, who meet every week at bases around Congleton.
