WOODHOUSE Middle School in Biddulph is in line for a revamp in the year 2000.
The school is being earmarked for a £40,000 grant as part of a £2.4 million of planned improvements at Staffordshire secondary schools.
The money will be spent on refurbishing 50 science laboratories and 11 technology rooms, which have been identified as priority areas for action.
Schools will be given a maximum grant of £40,000 for each facility, which will not include furniture.
