We still want to hear from more brides-to-be, their families and friends telling us why they should be the Bride of the Year.

The bride must live or work in Cheshire and you should send your stories to Bride of the Year 1999, Crewe and Nantwich Guardian, 6, Market Street, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 2EG.

Brides and their families will be invited to the Wedding Fayre which will run from 11am to 4pm.

The informal judging will be held after the mid-day fashion show, presented by Wedding Days of Castle, Northwich, and the winner and her fiance will choose the best stand.
