HALTON Council is advising recipients of council tax benefit that their benefit entitlement will be assessed for the new financial year.
Bills for 1999/2000 will show the amount payable for the year ahead.
Any council tax payer on a low income who would like to apply for benefit can obtain an application form from any council office.
