I HAVE received a letter from the Rent Office that from April 5 I will pay my water rates in with my rent. If I don't agree with this I will get my tenancy terminated and be given two weeks notice to quit.
Last year I had four ways to pay my water rates; by Direct debit, Nat West Bank, Rent Office and the Post Office this year I don't have any choice.
Grosvenor Housing Association Tenants still have the above choices but we don't! To me this is a case of discrimination by North West Water.
