SMALL businesses in Winsford and Middlewich are being offered help to beat the clock as the problems of the millennium bug draw near.
A series of workshops across the north west will offer free practical advice on how to tackle the bug.
The workshops are part of Action 2000's national scheme and are hosted by United Utilities, Manweb and BNFL. They will take place in Warrington, Hoylake, Chorley and Sellafield, and places are still available.
Companies seeking more information, or wishing to register for one of the workshops, should contact Isabelle Radford at United Utilities on 01925 239044.
