WHEN it comes to fish and chip shops Harry Georgio has the best 'plaice' in town.
Harry's Fish Bar, on Albert Place, was recently voted the best fish and chip shop, in Northwich, by Guardian readers.
Owner Harry Georgio has been in the fish and chips game for 18 years and previously managed shops in Davenham and Sandiway. He bought the Albert Place shop three years ago, but says he has kept many of his old customers.
"People still come from Davenham and Sandiway, where I used to have my other shops, because they know me and know the food is good," Harry said.
"Since I've had this shop I've expanded the menu a bit and we now sell Greek and Chinese food as well a traditional English fish and chips."
