WARRINGTON Soccer League opened its campaign on Saturday with a mini programme.
Two hot shots started by netting hat-tricks. Golden boy Paul Bennion of Moore Utd grabbed all of his side's goals in their 3-0 win at Runcorn Albion.
The other treble man was Sasib's Sean Corrigan in their 8-0 destruction of Cheshire Grange. Mark Williams, Duggie Boyle, Paul Oakes, Glen Hillam and Peter O'Mara also found the target.
Fearnhead had a useful 4-2 win at Winwick thanks to a brace from Paul Appleton and one apiece from James Forshaw and Steve Martin.
One match was played in the Premier Division and this saw Sidac Social and Eagle Sports draw 3-3. On target for Social were Mark Bryon, Steve Pilling and Mike Clarke.
