INSTEAD of 'civil disobedience' that I suggested last week I think I have come up with an idea which is perfectly legal and even fits in with present Government policy.
Simply make Castle Street one way with two lanes, one, nearest the river strictly for buses, then we would see how many houses Eagle Properties could sell with no access for cars!
Come on you councillors, if this idea does not work - think of something that will, that is why we elected you.
