WARRINGTON-based Performix, which launched in the US market three months ago, has clinched its first major deal in the American market.
The contract, with Grand Adventures Tour and Travel, will see the implementation of Performix's award winning Acumen Performance software at the company's centres in Texas. The software improves the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in call centres.
