WARRINGTON-based Information Systems Networks has acquired Runcorn-based Simply Business Systems, resellers of accountancy software, and taken on all of the staff, including former managing director Chris Cowling who becomes a senior consultant for ISN.
ISN has branches in Oxfordshire, London and the Midlands. The company was set up in l987 by Bob Haacke.
