HALTON Hornets ARLFC donated some rugby equipment to St John Fisher RC Primary School recently.
Sports master Mr Keith Fielding said: "This is a marvellous gesture by the Hornets who have had a strong link with the school and local community over many years."
Hornets have helped produce many rising young stars; headmaster Mr Gerry Fallon also praised the Hornets for their community spirit.
Dave Oldham, Hornets committee member, handed over the equipment to members of St John fisher rugby team.
