I WOULD like to record my appreciation to all those who took part, organised or joined in the "Service of remembrance and Hope" held at St Elphin's Parish Church on September 19. It was a truly moving occasion in memory of all those who lost their lives in the atrocities which took place recently in America.
Warrington has a very long history with the USA, originating from Burtonwood, and at the Parish Church the people of Warrington remembered and hoped.
