CLLR Lockhart for Wybunbury, gives his opinion of the new bus station, "The bus station is the very hub of all the gateways into Crewe, so it is very important that the highest quality options are approved for this project to enhance the environment, whilst ensuring the development of an attractive, accessible facility in optimum location". Very poetic.
A bus station should be clean, highly efficient, for the easiest, cheapest of transport, basically furnished, comfortable waiting rooms, no drinks or food for hygiene and maintenance. That is all that is needed, not an edifice to transport.
