BIG BAND enthusiasts looking forward to a visit by top jazz accordionist Jack Emblow next month will have to wait a little longer.
The popular musician is ill and won't be able to appear with the Bryan Jones Big Band at Crewe Vagrants Sports Club on October 9.
Instead the night will revert to a normal concert with the Jones' boys.
The Emblow session will be re-arranged in the new year and fans who have paid £6 for a ticket will be able to use it on the revised date.
"Otherwise they can use it to pay for the October 9 evening, which will cost the usual £3, and get a £3 refund," said organiser, Geoff West.
The Big Band concerts are now well established in their new venue, the Vagrants Club in Newcastle Road, Willaston. The monthly evenings will resume in December with a Christmas Special.
Anyone seeking further information can contact Geoff West on 257224.
