DRUGS have been stolen during the burglary of a chemist's in Warrington at the weekend.
The chemist's store on Manchester Road was broken into over the course of 12.30pm on Saturday, September 22, and 10.10pm on Sunday, September 23, when it was reported by a passer-by.
A secure cabinet was opened and a collection of painkillers were taken from inside, including tamazipan, sentonil, petuadine, morphine and methadone.
Police fear the drugs could fall into the wrong hands or cause illness if taken.
Anyone with any information about the incident can call Warrington CID on 652222 or the confidential crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
