LATCHFORD outplayed and outfought near neighbours Rylands on Saturday.
Both sides went at it hammer and tongues in the first half but solid defending ensured that there was little to separate the teams at the break.
Latchford moved up a gear in the second half and they grabbed the game by the scruff of the neck with a host of well worked tries.
Latchford's try scorers were Fowler, Stuart, Dean and Guest, two.
Tommy Brennan bagged a late consilition for Rylands.
Meanwhile, Rylands A were thrashed 44-2 at home to Standish.
