A YOUNG Warrington kung fu club has produced five British Open medal winners.
Mark Welsby and Glen Horne came first in their weight categories in full contact sparring.
Ste Cross and Rob Keegan came second and third respectively in bare hand form, which are patterned and technical movements.
It was a great achievement recorded at Leasowe on the Wirral considering that none of the medalists have been competing in the sport for more than 18 months.
The five are members of the Chinese Kung Fu Organisation, which is based at Cheshire Martial Arts.
