ON Monday 24 September it's time for the Grand Final of the Star's very own 'Senior Citizens of Tomorrow' competition which we are running in conjunction with the theatre.
This starts at 2pm and as well as the 10 finalists competing for the prizes, there will be some great cabaret - so be there.
A LANCOME Evening is being held on Monday, September 24 at 7pm for 7.30pm in the Studio Restaurant, Tyrers Department Store, Bridge Street to launch the 'New Season Colours'. Tickets are £3, redeemable on the night, and further details are available from Jennie on 01744 26551.
ON Sunday, September 16 the St Helens branch of Cats Protection will stage the Grand Opening of their 40-pen Rescue Shelter in Chester Lane, Sutton. There will be a tombola and magic shows, admission is free and further details are available from 01744 817718.
