STEWART Colclough's break of 69 was the highlight of Pockets C's 6-1 win over Castle B, keeping them in contention for the Hyundai Mid Cheshire Snooker League Premier title.
They are six points behind United Services A with a game in hand, the leaders recording an excellent 6-1 triumph over Owley Wood C.
Services D also had a good week, lifting out of the bottom three with a 4-3 victory over Knutsford Private A.
Winnington A are still the only team in the league with a 100 per cent record as they won for the 13th time, an easy 7-0 win over Bostock D taking them top of Division One.
Long-time leaders Victoria A are three points behind with a game in hand following their free week.
Cygnet D beat Hartford A 5-2 but are 14 points further back in third, while Owley Wood B's 7-0 win at Victoria D keeps them rooted to the bottom.
Knutsford Liberals B seem to have made the Division Two top spot their own after a fine 7-0 win over Wharton A took them six points clear.
Lostock B lost 4-3 to Private B but still hold on to second place while Victoria B won 5-2 against Wharton B to keep them third.
Hartford B eased relegation fears, moving up three places with a fine 5-2 victory over Owley Wood A.
Mark Rebbeck made the highest Division Three break with 28 for Victoria C, but it's interesting at the top where previous leaders Wharton C lost 6-1 to Pochins A and AP Club B took over with a win against Meadow A by the same score.
