CHILDREN are being invited to become customs officers for the day and rummage for concealed packages in a ship's cabin.
The HM Customs & Excise National Museum will stage the special event on Sunday, January 27, at 12.15pm, 12.45pm, 1.15pm, 2.45pm or 3.15pm.
A challenge to find 'Mother Redcap' is also being offered to young explorers who will become embroiled the dark and dangerous world of 18th century smuggling.
