I AM writing in reply to Mr Peters regarding the Euro on Widnes market.
Perhaps he doesn't realise that most of the stalls still sell only in pounds and ounces.
They say that it is to help the pensioners, but if I ask for 3lb of potatoes because I live on my own, I have been refused and offered a larger bag.
