THE WINSFORD carnival committee has arranged several events to raise funds.

The first event is a prize bingo evening at the Rifleman Inn on February 5 starting at 8pm.

Next in the pipeline is a clotheshorse kids fashion show including a modelling parade at the Winsford United Blues Club on February 14.

It starts at 7pm and admission is £1.50 for adults and £1 for children.

The clothing is for adults and children with top brands at less than half of the recommended retail price.

There will also be a raffle and bar.

Children are also asked to come forward to model the clothing on the night.

Finally there will be a Miss Valentine competition on February 16.

The competition is open to children in Northwich, Winsford and Middlewich.

It is open to children aged between three and 16 and although children should dress up it is not a carnival wear competition.

The event will also be held at the new Blues Club at Winsford United and the doors will open at 7.30pm.

Admission is £2 for adults and £1 for children and everyone is welcome.
