IF BRIAN Sylvester wishes the Rolls Royce water tower to be saved, he should ask the present owners if they would allow him to take it away and deposit it in a piece of his own land, he can then allow visiting days for people who have nostalgia for the artefact.
The pomposity of some councillors is beyond belief and we would be wise to inform them of their basic function, to serve us, the people, the electors!
