THE father of brave CJD girl Rachel Forber has vowed to continue his search for answers and seek justice for his beloved daughter.

Stephen Forber, from Newton-le-Willows claims he will not rest until he has carried out research into BSE and found who is to blame for his daughter's death.

Still devastated by Rachel's death last December, Stephen told the Guardian: "I'm not going to let this drop until I've found some answers.

"At the moment I'm reading the first volume of the Phillips Report into the BSE Inquiry and it's a real eye opener.

"This is part two now. Part one was fighting for Rachel's life.

"This is about holding somebody accountable, somebody taking the blame for what happened to Rachel.

"It's about finding out who was responsible.

"At the moment everyone seems to be passing the buck but I will stand my ground.

"I don't want an apology but I think Rachel deserves one."

Exhausted by his quest for answers, Stephen continues to channel his grief into learning more about the deadly disease.

He added: "When I was fighting for Rachel's life I was looking into drugs, microbiologists and doctors.

"I was excited because I thought we could save her. Now I'm angry.

"After Rachel's death we received a letter from Dr Pruisiner, whose team had been treating her in the States.

"He said he was proud and felt privileged that he had met her. He called her a pioneer and that's exactly what she was."
