HIGHWAY officers have ruled out providing parking spaces for disabled drivers in Swan Bank, Congleton.
Officers visited the road several times, and found the area earmarked for the disabled scheme to be fully taken.
The area in question can cater for six cars, and waiting is limited to 30 minutes.
Officers said creating disabled bays would mean the loss of spaces for able bodied people, who might park in prohibited areas nearby.
