HIGHWAY officers are to look into road safety fears raised by Alsager residents.
A petition from residents in Wordsworth Way was signed by 13 people.
Residents say there is limited visibility at the junction of Wesley Avenue and Lawton Road due to the volume of goods on show on the pavement outside the pet shop.
Delivery vehicles serving shops are causing reduced visibility, they claim, and cars driving into the petrol station are cutting across Wesley Avenue.
The residents are also worried about the lack of pavements in Wesley Avenue.
