A club has to win the league and cups in order to generate the money that would keep the new Warrington. I am a Wire fan but regret to say that Warrington, at the moment, aren't achieving this!
A top union club, like Sale Sharks, I believe would generate income.
As a fan of both codes, I would go and watch Sale as well as Warrington Wolves, which would generate more income. Other rugby fans would too, and this would bring a new era of rugby, not only to the north west, but also Warrington.
