The wedding has taken place at Warrington Register Office, of 24-year-old Mr Philip Steven Rhodes, son of Sandra and John Rhodes, of Delhursy Road, Great Barr, Birmingham, and 24-year-old Miss Melanie Diane Gilmore, of Curlew Grove, Oakwood, Birchwood, daughter of Diane and Derek Cartledge, also of Birchwood. Registrar Kathleen Steve officiated.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white off-the-shoulder dress decorated with pearls and her veil was secured by a matching tiara style headdress. She carried a bouquet of white roses.
Best man was Mark Rhodes, younger brother of the bridegroom, and also attending the marriage was seven-year-old Corey Rhodes, bride and bridegroom's son.
The bride is a care assistant for Thelwall Nursing Home and the bridegroom is a packer for Surridge Dawson.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Edinburgh.
