The wedding has taken place at Statham Lodge Country Hotel, of 24-year-old Mr Stuart Berry, eldest son of Mr and Mrs Keith Berry, of Larkfield Avenue, Paddington, and 29-year-old Miss Jenny Leanne Deakin, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs Brian Howarth, of Sheerwater Close, Padgate. Registrar Mrs M. S. Coneeny officiated.
The bride was given in marriage by her father and wore a fitted embroidered bodice style gown with detachable train, and scattered throughout her hair were diamonds, pearls and berries with a diamond and pearl tiara headdress. She carried a shower bouquet of black magic and naranja roses, hypericum berries, and mangi cala lilies with trailing ivy, bear grass and pinecones, designed and arranged by herself, and her jewellery was a pearl-drop necklace with matching diamond and pearl earrings.
Best man was Christopher Berry, bridegroom's brother, and groomsmen were Jonathan Berry, bridegroom's brother, and Geoff Howarth, bride's brother.
Matron of honour was Sarah Hope and bridesmaids were eight-year-old Becky Coates, bride's Goddaughter, and 16-year-old Claire Berry, bridegroom's sister. Pageboys were eight-year-old Jack and five-year-old Thomas Wardman, and three-year-old Lewis Oxley, bride's nephews.
The bridegroom is a sales advisor and the bride is a customer service advisor at Cellnet, Preston Brook.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Sicily.
