THE wedding has taken place at The Pavilion, Bristol Zoo, Clifton, Bristol, of Mr Michael Hoad, son of Lynn and Gary Hoad, of Rose Cote, Dunsfold, Godalming, and Miss Kay Diane Bradshaw, of Kathdene Gardens, Ashley Down, Bristol, elder daughter of Mrs Margaret Bradshaw, of Farm Lane, Appleton, and the late Mr David Bradshaw, of Lawn Avenue, Padgate. Registrar Miss Tracey E Naish officiated.

The bride, given in marriage by her mother, wore an ivory bodice encrusted with seed pearls and crystal drops with a matching ivory satin skirt, and her headdress was a gold and crystal beaded tiara. She carried a bouquet of Singapore lilies and ivory roses, and her jewellery consisted of a crystal heart-shaped necklace and matching earrings.

Best man was Paul Hoad, bridegroom's brother, and groomsmen were David Gosney, Eugene Spiers, Kristian Edwards and Christopher Bradshaw, bride's half-brother.

Chief bridesmaid was Jennifer Bradshaw, bride's sister, and bridesmaids were Helen Bradshaw, bride's half-sister, and Nicola Dean, bride's cousin.

The bride is an underwriter with a Bristol building society and the bridegroom is an area service manager for Dyson Ltd.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
