COMMUNITY-focused Warrington Wolves have put together a panel to progress the development of junior and youth Rugby League in the town.
The Wolves' first team coach David Plange and assistant coaches Paul Darbyshire and Gary Chambers are panel members, along with the club's special projects officer Brian Chambers, schoolboys scholarship manager Mike McLoughlin and Warrington Borough Council development officer Neil Kelly.
Delivering a programme of education that is designed to benefit coaches, parents and their children is the panel's charter.
The panel will be offering support to coaches of teams across the target age group of 12 to 18-year-olds.
Warrington Wolves' performance director Steve Anderson, who has set up the panel, said: "The panel will create a coaching structure encompassing amateur clubs within the town through discussion and feedback from the individual clubs.
"It is important that we can tailor a structure to aid and support them."
