MORE than 450 primary school pupils in Warrington will share the stage this weekend for a unique premiere performance.
This Saturday and Sunday sees youngsters from across the town take part in the first Children of Warrington Sing concerts. The special concerts are being held at Birchwood High School and have been organised by the Vivace Charitable Trust. Each performance will feature young singers from six local primary schools, which will tally up to more than 220 performers each night.
Schools taking part in the Saturday performance are Barrow Hall Primary, Old Hall Primary, Oughtrington Primary, St Oswald's Primary, St Thomas' Primary and Stretton St Matthew's Primary.
On Sunday, pupils from Cobbs Infants, Grappenhall Heys Primary, Newchurch Primary, Ravenbank Primary, St Andrew's Primary and St Monica's Primary will be performing.
