STALWART rockers Smokie have announced a live date in Warrington as they launch into a major national tour.
The group - famous for hits like Living Next Door To Alice - are hitting the road to promote their latest album, Uncovered Too.
Featuring classic pop and rock hits from Be My Baby, Every Time You Go Away, Sailing, Hungry Heart, What Becomes of the Broken Hearted and even the Boyzone hit No Matter What, the album is released on February 11.
The five-piece will be coming to the
Parr Hall in Warrington on February 24 as part of a major 30-date tour - and they are promising their dedicated fans a real treat.
Lead singer, Mike Craft, said: "They'll hear all the old hits, but we're also going to be our own support band. We'll go on and do 40 minutes of the new album, then take a break. People can go for a beer and buy a t-shirt, then we'll come back and be the Smokie they remember."
