PALMYRA Square South will be closed to traffic for at least two more days, from its junction with Springfield Street to its junction with Winmarleigh Street.
Works on the road began on Tuesday and are expected to last for four or five days, with diversions in place.
Vehicles will be prohibited from travelling in any direction other than from south to north along Winmarleigh Street from Palmyra Square South to Sankey Street.
