MUSIC, dance, art and cuisine from across the world were at the top of the timetable at Winwick Primary School this week as the pupils got into the Commonwealth Games' spirit.
Each class at the Myddleton Lane school chose a different area to focus their studies on, from India to Africa and Jamaica to Trinidad.
The starting point for their multicultural week was a story or poem and from this stemmed work covering history, language, culture and geography.
Their colourful, tasty and tuneful displays were put on show around the school and shared with fellow pupils in assembly.
