DATEN Hockey Club's men's second team moved up to third place in their division after an impressive 2-0 victory over Salford University.
The first half was a non-event but a much more determined Daten came out of the woodwork in the second half.
Daten's shots skimmed the post and were saved by the Salford goalkeeper before a miss-hit drive by captain Cammish found its way inside the far post.
Daten scored their second goal 10 minutes later after a defensive clearance from the impressive Homer fell to Beemer, who slotted the ball through to Cammish.
Cammish then produced a superb 'across body' push to find Chris Carter waiting eagerly to place the ball into the back of the net.
This week, Daten play at home to Llandudno.
