PEOPLE in Warrington will be able to come face to face with police chiefs next month.
The Warrington Police Forum will meet at 7pm in the Town Hall on Sankey Street on Tuesday, February 5, during which anyone can raise any issues of interest or concern with policing in the town.
Forum chairman Mike Nash said: "I would encourage anyone who has a point of view about policing to come along, whether you represent a specific group or not.
"This is a great opportunity for local people, our customers, to discuss with Supt Phil Thompson, the divisional commander for Warrington, policing issues in the area, tell us what they think we're doing well and where we can improve our service to the community."
The forum will receive information on recent high profile cases and police operations in the division.
There will also be a presentation by a representative of Warrington Borough Council on the progress and development of the new Community Safety Strategy for 2002 - 2005.
