ST. Albans BQ and Halebank took part in a 10-goal thriller in Warrington Soccer League's Guardian Cup.

Halebank drew first blood before Neil Baker netted for St. Albans.

Goals by Wayne Johnson, two and Carl Greenwood then gave St. Albans a commanding lead before Halebank found a second wind and scored three quality goals to force extra time.

Within two minutes of the restart, Wayne Johnson completed his hat-trick.

Gary Heath then finished the scoring to send St. Albans into the next round.
