VOLUNTEERS at Newton and Family Community Centre are appealing for people to continue using its paper bank.
The recycling facility, which has been on the site for five years, helps to raise vital funds for the centre.
Since it was first introduced around £5,000 has been raised for projects such as roof repairs.
Anne Keen, at the centre, said: "We have children and parents who come along after school to use the bank.
"It's a way of helping the centre and the environment at the same time."
