A DECISION on amended plans for the demolition of a house in Appleton, with the construction of a new one, has been delayed by Warrington Borough Council.
Councillors will visit the site on Hillside Road before making a final decision on the plans at next month's development control committee meeting.
The amended planning application is for a detached garage, new access to the highway and a change to the entrance.
