BOOKWORMS at Latchford CE Primary School are feeling the benefit of a bumper cheque to help towards reading materials at the school.
McDonalds on Bridge Street has donated £200 to buy new books and has sent a team of volunteers into the school to help the children with their reading. The food chain has been involved with the school through its volunteer reading programme. The restaurant identifies a group of reading volunteers who visit the school following a period of training.
