THERE are to be some elections on May 2, surely that is the time for all electors to show their approval or disapproval of the Crewe & Nantwich Councillors.
For instance the petitions that are ignored, the requests refused, the transfer of the council houses at such an undervalued price, immediately followed by a proposed increase in parking charges. Are you satisfied that the council considers electors' wishes at all?
Councillor Kent derides the three councillors from Nantwich who, as he puts it, defected, and are a laughing stock in the council. These councillors followed their convictions in the interest of the electors, and fight on their behalf; these are the true councillors, not sheep to follow the dictates of a party.
Some councillors are honourable men but they are still there on our behalf.
We have the opportunity to put our opinions in a most positive way.
