HALTON Hornets u11s have invited the top junior teams in the North West Counties to compete in a rugby league gala at Birchfield Sports and Social Club, Birchfield Road, Widnes.
The invitation extended to teams who have consistently achieved high standards of skill, such as Ryland Sharks, Ashton Bears and Blackbrook.
The day will last from 10am to 3pm, with the winners taking the Hornets trophy.
The Hornets ladies will provide refreshments and a bar from noon.
Other fun day activities include a bouncy castle, 'hair spray' team colours, raffles, and mini games.
